Advanced AI-powered features and unlimited application management require a premium subscription.

4.2. Premium Subscription Plans

Premium subscriptions ("Monthly", "Yearly", or other designated plans) unlock the full potential of our platform, including unlimited application management, advanced AI-powered tools, priority support, and enhanced analytics.

Billing: Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors (including Omise) to automatically charge your designated payment method.

4.3. Renewal and Cancellation Policy

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes apply only to subsequent billing cycles and do not affect your current subscription term.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership: The AppSetup.dev platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and underlying technology, remains the exclusive intellectual property of AppSetup.dev and its licensors.

User-Generated Content: Content created using our tools (logos, website content, privacy policies, etc.) remains your intellectual property, subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Compliance Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
